Silamit is a creative and consulting space. I work with translation, cultural projects, and advisory services with a strong foundation in the Greenlandic language, identity, and society. My goal is to build bridges between systems and people – with respect for vulnerability, history, and strength. I have worked as a teacher, politician, education leader, and project manager for over 20 years. I’ve engaged with youth, policy, indigenous knowledge, leadership, and language – both formally and personally. Through Silamit, I bring all of that experience into something new and authentic.

“Silamit” means from the outside — a word shaped by distance, yet carried by movement. It speaks of fresh perspective, the quiet force of change, and a voice arriving with clarity and purpose.
